When choosing a recognition plaque, there really is only one choice of stone to work with and that's granite. Each plaque is meticulously laser engraved with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish. As with any natural stone, there may be slight mineral deposits in the granite, also referred to as "diamond" flake. These granite tiles are easy to maintain. A damp cloth will remove any dust or fingerprints that may accumulate over time.
The tiles are absolute black granite, polished on the front and all four sides. The front and the back edges have been beveled to eliminate any sharp edges. The back side is not polished on this particular item.
